KUOSHI FAQ

Please see below for frequently asked questions, if you have other questions, please contact us directly, we will answer for you at any time
Q:

Does the product meet the safety standards of the European and American markets?

A:

✅ Clearly mark certifications (such as REACH, CPSIA, LFGB food contact material certification - for the inner layer of the ice pack)
✅ Provide test reports (such as tensile strength test, color fastness test, heavy metal detection)
✅ Emphasize the quality control process (such as the ratio of full inspection/random inspection, configuration of the QC team)

Q:

How is the insulation performance of ice packs tested? What standards can it meet?

A:

Our ice packs are made with a 5mm EPE + aluminum foil insulation layer and have passed the ASTM D3103 standard test. When filled with ice in a 25℃ environment, they can maintain a cold temperature for more than 12 hours. We also provide a third-party laboratory report.

Q:

Is the printed pattern prone to peeling off? How can we ensure it doesn't fade over long-term use?

A:

Utilizing eco-friendly water-based ink and high-temperature fixation technology, the printed materials have passed the 3,000-cycle Martindale abrasion test and offer a one-year guarantee against color fading under natural light exposure.

Q:

What is the MOQ? Do you support small batch customization trial orders?

A:

Minimum order quantity starts from 500 pieces, but for long-term cooperative customers, we offer a trial order of 300 pieces. We support mixed styles and colors to reduce your inventory risk.

Q:

What is the delivery cycle? How will you compensate for delayed delivery?

A:

Standard orders will be delivered within 25-30 days. Urgent orders can be shortened to 18 days (a 5% rush fee is required). If there is a delay due to our reasons, 0.5% of the total order amount will be deducted per day as compensation.

Q:

Do you accept third-party factory audits or product inspections?

A:

We welcome factory audits by institutions such as SGS and BV, and have passed the Sedex SMETA 4-Pillar social responsibility audit to ensure transparency and compliance in our supply chain.
